Abstract

Digital education is a key to current and future social participation. Teacher training must therefore provide prospective teachers with the skills they need to enable them to teach about digitization. Accordingly, university lecturers are the people who embed digital education in degree programs and university courses. This article examines how lecturers in teacher training assess their willingness to embed digital education and the extent to which they embed it in their teaching practice. To this end, an explorative quantitative diffusion study was conducted with 34 participants.
