Abstract

Starting from a research project, which is interested in the perception and development of professional competencies of Bachelor students during a practical phase, a instrument was developed, which is based on the theory of professional competences of Baumert & Kunter (2006). Because the practical phase to be examined at the Bielefeld site is oriented to educational science and a concretization of the instrument regarding the modular requirements took place. As a result, in addition to a focus on educational science, the focus is also on didactics, diagnostics and the handling of heterogeneity.

Following the theory of professional competences of Baumert & Kunter (2006), the article briefly describes the individual fields of competence and then argues for decision-making processes for proven (sub-) scales.
