Abstract

Students imaginations of educational justice are frequently embossed by their own experiences und by public debates. In consequence, the imaginations are possibly shortened, what may restrict the options for action and the responsibility of the budding teachers. The contribution thematizes concrete reflectance units of a seminar to the educational equity issue. The reflections aim to enable the students for a critical and deliberate confrontation with their own (latent) subjective assumptions and for developing their subjective assumptions. Professionalization happens for the purpose of perspective extension that expands the options for action, too. The seminar aims to sensitize the students and the budding teachers for practices and mechanisms of reproduction of educational injustice at school and for their own action responsibility.
