Abstract

The “International Perspectives”-program, which is part of BiProfessional at Bielefeld University and the “Initiative for Excellence in Teacher Education”, offers annual excursions to different European countries for teacher training students in order to learn about different educational systems and to en-courage further international experiences. By doing so, it aims to promote hetero-geneity and internationality in teacher education. The following article describes the “International Perspectives”-program and presents first experiences of the excursions to Great Britain and Denmark.
